Social Media & Content Creator – Cloverdale Rangers Baseball
We’re looking for a creative, organized, and sports-savvy individual to manage our social media and create engaging content for our Rangers program. This part-time role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about community sports and wants to help grow our online presence through fun, informative, and timely content. From capturing highlights on game day to promoting upcoming events, you’ll play a key role in our program and keep our community connected and engaged.
Experience Required:
- Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Basic photo and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, etc.)
- Strong writing skills with attention to tone and audience
- Familiarity with local sports or youth athletics is a bonus
- Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines
Job Details:
- Part-time, flexible hours (approx. 5–10 hrs/week, varies by season)
- Attend select games/events to capture photos and videos
- Create and schedule regular posts, stories, and reels
- Paid position based on experience and qualifications
Sponsorship & Fundraising Manager – Cloverdale Rangers Baseball
Cloverdale Rangers are looking for a driven and community-minded person to lead our efforts in securing sponsorships and organizing fundraising initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with local businesses, collaborating with families, and helping youth sports thrive. You’ll be responsible for bringing in new sponsors, supporting leads from coaches and parents, coordinating the delivery of sponsorship benefits, and organizing team-based and league-wide fundraising events. Your efforts will directly support programs, equipment, and player development.
Experience Required:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in sponsorship sales, fundraising, or event coordination
- Organized and reliable with strong follow-through
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Basic spreadsheet or CRM knowledge for tracking sponsors and donations
Job Details:
- Part-time, flexible hours (5–15 hrs/month depending on season)
- Pay based on experience, with commission offered for each confirmed sponsor
- Secure and manage local business sponsorships (including fulfillment of benefits)
- Coordinate team and league-wide fundraising events (raffles, bottle drives, etc.)
- Work with coaches and parents to support their sponsor/fundraising efforts
- Maintain accurate records and ensure sponsor/fundraising commitments are met
